Wow...

HTTabloid has been around for a while, calling out to escort agencies. Now, NDTV wants in on the act as well. One question - why? This is the internet stupid, I mean if I want to see semi-naked women I just have to Google (after switching SafeSearch off you can even see total no-hold barred porn). And if the logic is that these portals serve up silly news - heck, all news is pretty silly nowadays. Like the name though.

To think of it (by your argument) Google can actually make a lot of websites out there redundant. But then Google doesn't create the stuff and there is where such websites come in - to provide fodder to the lusty safe-search-off Google Images hunters.

Moreover, tabloidish websites aren't only about images of semi-naked women (though they hold the centerstage).

Though many would like it or not, such websites (if mentored properly) draw huge traffic and that makes good business sense.

Soumyadip, while I agree that such sites can make money, they are a dime a dozen, but honestly as I said, this is the internet and while Google Image search is anything but perfect unless you know the fine art of Googling well, you can get almost anything. Haan, if you're lazy...
Plus it also struck me that the person behind both projects is the same, the world's worst poet if you get what I mean.

Consider, that it's the same man behind both the websites, so it is't hard to figure out that this was bound to happen...
